Five account types: entry account, apprentice account, master account, senior account, chief account

Each investor opens and uses only one trading account on the CC Options Trading Platform.

Your account balance and complete transaction history can be viewed in the (Account Summary) (Transaction History) (Transaction Statistics) section of "My Account".

If you need to change your personal information, just in "My Account", click Change your information and save.

If you need to change your email and telephone contact information, please contact CC customer service.

If you have lost or forgotten your account password, just click "Forgot Password" in the login account operation bar, and follow the procedures in it, and your password will be sent to the mailbox that you bound when you registered.
